I was really excited to try this restaurant, but ended up leaving pretty disappointed. First off I am a vegetarian, and when I ordered the "noodle" option on the hibachi menu I asked if there was any meat included in the noodles. Our server told me that it was just noodles and vegetables, but when I was served my entrée there was an obscene amount of calamari in it.. There are also two pieces of shrimp that are included with the hibachi option that I gave to one of my fellow diners, and the vegetables that are included with the hibachi option had to pieces of steak with them... I understand that Fuji is a hibachi steak house, but it should not be impossible for someone to simply exclude meat from their meal, especially when paying $12 for the entrée. The service was also mediocre, and there were 5 birthdays in the hour I was there, which are celebrated with a large drum and singing very loudly. As much as I love a birthday celebration, this was a bit ridiculous. The soup at the beginning of the meal was delicious however, and so was the rice.

My daughter and I enjoyed dinner last night at Fuji Steak House. The food and service were both outstanding! Our Chef was a delight and he made our visit all the more pleasurable. We will return!!!!

We went in for the sushi. There were 3 of us in our party, we went in for dinner. The food was awesome, came quickly. Our waitress wasn't so great. She didn't know the specials, could not recommend any sushi, and was slow with checking on us. She messed up our orders, I specifically requested no avocado.........each roll came with it. She never apologized for that mistake, just ignored it until the end of the meal and just laughed it off. We ordered two orders of the baby octopus, we were only given one of the two orders and almost at the end of the meal (long after the rest of our food was brought). We will try it again, but if the service ends up being this bad again we are done.
