I contacted Cliff the owner of Kut Lawn Care in regards to one of my properties that a tenant just moved out from.



I told him that I needed it done asap as it was getting too long, and I was worried that the city was going to cut it if it was not done soon.



It was scheduled for early morning on a Thursday, but his crew did not come out until the afternoon at about 3:30 pm.



The city cut the grass, Put a BRIGHT ORANGE sticker on the front door the same morning as Cliff was scheduled.



I received a bill from city for $135.00.



Cliffs crew apparently was not going to let a freshly cut lawn stop them from doing their job. His crew apparently told him that it was a poor lawn cut job, so they just went and cut it again, and charged me $25 for that cut as well.



Either Cliff told them to cut it anyway, or his crew just cut it, even though sticker on door!!!



He billed $25, and I paid $10 with explanation. Now he won't cut any lawns for me.



Beware of this lack of common sense company!!

I use KUT for my lawn fertilizing. Excellent outcome at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend KUT for all your landscaping needs.
