Horrible experience. Their customer service is horrible. They never call you back. They don't give you enough information about insurance. Never again!

My husband and I both went to Visionworks in Easton because they were the only ones in the area that were in my insurance network. I am very pleased with the service and product we received. I was unhappy with the choice of frames I had made and there was no problem with them remaking them into another frame at no charge. This included digital progressive and Transitions lenses. No problem. Done with a smile and making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this Visionworks in Easton.

Completed my eye exam and received a pair of glasses. I also opted to get contact lenses as well. I paid for the fitting of the contact lenses at the same time I received my glasses. I was unable to make it to a class for the contact lenses within 60 days of paying for this service due to a job relocation. Since I did not make this time limit I was not given a refund and the lenses were sent back. It's unfortunate this location could not think outside of the box and try to accommodate someone that had already paid for a service. It's okay to work for a corporation but it should still be considered that you are treating people.

Ordered two pairs of glasses, the order came in within 4 days. The first pair was wrong- they made me sunglasses when I had requested transitions. Apparently the person who was helping me put the order in wrong. Second pair was ok. When I pointed out there had been a mistake, they did some checking on the computer and informed me that I would have to pay extra. I told them they could make it right and give me what I ordered or they could refund both and I would go someplace else. I was disappointed when they didn't say they would make it right on the spot, and even more disappointed they would rather refund me than to stand behind what they had promised to deliver. Everybody was friendly, but I recommend not shopping for glasses here because I wouldn't shop anywhere that doesn't stand behind what they promise, especially when their prices are not better than other similar places.
