Last week their guy Chris worked on my central air. He said the motor was bad. I replaced it yesterday only to find that now nothing ran. Their office said I would get a service call yesterday. Around 7pm their manager called me and said there have been problems about their office rep not getting calls out to the repairmen. . When I voiced my mistrust to their manager this morning about Chris damaging something that ended in their manager hanging up on me. I said I found Chris unsure of himself and unable to explain the technology he was working with clearly.

Today a Stipes repairman found in about 5 minutes that indeed the control fuse was blown. replaced, and all was running perfectly.

In short, how much worse could Union Fuel have dealt with this?

Nice people seems like the work is good. Have to get my home inspected yet. they told me I did not need permits, went to take them out on my own. left me with an oil leak in the fuel tank because they did not tighten the filter on the oil tank. they came and tightened it but did not clean the oil spill, told me what to by to clean it, they did not have enough powder to clean. my house smells like oil. they do not wear boots in your home and track oil all over. if you think this is all good service feel free to give them a call.

Chuck, thanks for advising us to go with the heat pump, I know we were totally against that with just wanting the air conditioning. Everything quoted in the proposal and during our meetings was followed though on. Thank you for that!

The technicians at Union Fuel Co were extremely helpful, they performed far beyond what I expected. They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I appreciated how they kept my home clean. Everything was done when it was supposed to be. I have already recommended them to a friend.
