Wonderful place to shop. All the staff friendly and knowledgable. They believe in quality and fairness and would never insult a customer. Of course, they will not be railroaded either. Owners welcome people in as if it is their home. Merchandise quality.

allison271 this isnt walmart you can tear the shoes to shreds and expect your money back. Maybe bottom dollar foods is a better spot for you to buy the shoes

I highly recommend Seidels Shoes. The staff is friendly and make you feel right at home. They actually take time to measure and fit. I like the fact that they carry comfortable quality shoe lines for adults and young children. Kudos to Seidels!



This is in response to Allison271's review...I have seen it everywhere the last few days. I feel sorry that the owners and staff of Seidel's have to put up with this kind of harassment. I think.any new customers reading this should realize there are two sides to every story... I know from experience Seidel's stands by their products and will do whatever they can for their customers. Possibly this customer should shop elsewhere if she is not happy.

Upon purchase I was treated ok. When it came time to exchange the defective shoes (Only a month and a half later!!) I was treated horrible! The owner ( a heavier set women who would not tell me her name) said that she did not want to see the defective shoes because she will not do anything to work with me!! With out even looking at the month and a half old shoes she accused me of mistreating them. After a half and hour of verbal abuse, from the supposed owner of Seidel shoes finally agreed for me to take the defective shoes to a repair shop. I went to the repair shop and asked the shoe repair owner his opinion of the shoes. He told me that the shoes were NOT mistreated and indeed must have not been sewn right. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect by a business owner.
