Ordered a holster, it shipped out and was in route in a quick and reasonable time. Sent the wrong email address when ordered and contacted customer service by email they responded the same day resolved my problem quickly. Friendly nice people to do business with. Can't say so much of the same about UPS but received product in a timely manner. Will defiantly do business with Sarco inc. in the future

Shorted my order by 1/2 and would not send what was due, The Employees shipping do not know their product -

I am sorry, but I did send you an email with the outcome. I never said we would send you the omitted items. I said since it was so many items that we would have to reweigh the parts.

We reweighed your order twice and as I told you on the phone both times came in the same as the weight when we shipped the original package. I had told you on the phone that I would discuss this with the operations manager and parts manager to see if there was anything we could do for you. Since the package was not damaged and the weight after re-boxing your entire order matched twice I am sorry but we have no proof that you did not receive the parts that you state you did not receive.

Haven't bought anything yet, still deciding. But I do like this place, and will buy here eventually. When you enter a gun shop everyone should not be walking around in the same Polo shirt, like some other shops! lol This place is REAL! I've been there a few times and never once felt pressured or felt I was being "steered". I will give them my business when I do decide.

Purchased my last two firearms here. These guys are the friendliest ,most knowledgeable and patient people.The fact that their prices are awesome doesn't hurt either. Would definately recommend to anyone beginner or pro
