We found Dr. Sternberg after learning that our new dentist (at the time) was not able to address a problem with our younger daughter's top teeth. Beware dentists who claim to be family dentists! It turns out more than a few only do routine dental work on children and if your child needs a cavity filled or has any other non-routine issue, you have to see a pedodontist anyway. We decided to find a pediatric dentist that did it all. Dr. Sternberg offers comprehensive dental care. Her office is efficiently run and totally child friendly. My older daughter is seen by the hygienist and Dr. Sternberg takes care of my younger child. (They both saw Dr. Sternberg initially; older and calmer children are seen by the hygienist. Dr. Sternberg reviews all work/x rays, etc.) She can come across as a bit stern but she is honest and professional. Her hygienists and office manager are friendly and just as efficient. Also important: her office accepts many insurance plans. I highly recommend her practice to other parents.
