Today is my birthday and my boyfriend ordered flowers for me online. The bouquet online...gorgeous...pink perfection. What I received was beautiful lilies surrounded by dead flowers in dull colors. I called and they also spoke to my boyfriend who wanted a refund. Within 30 minutes, the delivery guy was at my job as this place seriously wanted the flowers back. Are you kidding me?!?! You send me dead flowers in a horrible arrangement, using the excuse that you can't control the pictures on Teleflora who makes your website and then you want them back?! Why, because you want to try and resell them? For all of you looking to go to this shop...go to Giant and pick up a bouquet for 6 bucks....they will last longer, be beautiful, and so much cheaper. This place is unbelievable!

We chose the Flower Cart for our daughter's wedding and it was a very pleasant experience. We relied on the florist for his suggestions and we were not disappointed!

He worked with our budget and made affordable choices for us. Everyone was pleased and the flowers were gorgeous! A+
