I went to pick up a stihl blower that I had reserved online from stilhs website to my local Ace. I drove 15 mins to pick it up and they did not have it in stock. the manager told me the system between stihl and ace is messed up and he had no control over it. He wanted to sell me the cheaper version which I did not want. I asked for the next model up for the price I had expected to pay originally and the manager told me he would not do that. he said they wouldn't make any money on it. So he would not take a $20 markdown for my trouble for coming out there expecting to purchase the one I had Reserved. I said it was not my fault that the system between Ace and Stihl is faulty. I told him I would never come back if they did not honor the price. He was perfectly ok with me not coming back. So over a $20 markdown, all Cantelmi hardware will now lose my business for life. The manager there should be more worried about keeping a customer happy, then telling me they wont make any money on an item. I went to Millers Ace in Northampton and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. Not only did they have the one I wanted, but she took the time to go over the machine with me and filled out the warranty card for me. Which Cantelmi did not do for me when I bought a string trimmer there. I will now drive the extra ten mins each way to go to Millers over Cantelmis

I ordered an item from ace picked from the online catalog and had it shipped tohere. I went to pick it up and the store was dark and locked 20 minutes before the closing time listed on line and on the store door. Go to Miller Ace Northampton for great service and open during business hours!!!
