Horrible customer service! Had to use the plumbing service and had a few issues. 1) they don't return phone calls-had to call multiple times to set up appointment and when I was told they'd call back with a date for me they never did. I had to call again
2) they showed up 45 minutes late-no courtesy call or anything and no apologies. Very rude. I'd suggest going just about anywhere else

Buddy installed a new boiler for us. He spent 2 days dealing with issues that came up while doing it. He even called us afterward before leaving on a trip to make sure we still had heat. I will use him again and recommend him to others.

Had a new gas installation done. Extremely professional and worked with me. Mr. Patterson is a very knowledgable and honest business man.
