I've had some bad experiences with contractors, so I'm always nervous when I have to call for any kind of service. Prime Heating was recommended to me. I knew from my first phone call to them that this was a company I could trust. The first time my aging furnace died, they got it working again. The technician that came was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Reasonable rates, excellent service. This week the furnace had a major problem, and it was more cost-effective to replace it instead of repair it. What I really appreciated was that the man who spoke to me gave me the options. He presented the facts and figures, but allowed the decision to be mine. And it felt good to know that I could trust this guy. Prime heating really cares about the customer and wants to do right by them. The install went quickly and with minimal disruption to my normal routine. I'd recommend Prime Heating to anyone who asks. I've had some really bad experiences with contractors - it's great to know this is one service provider that has earned its good reputation by providing quality, reliable service. They'll do right by you, too!
