We went for an extraction consultation. The office wasn't recommended by our regular dentist but their office had the soonest openings. We soon found out why. Office admin was okay. Dr. Poore's bedside manner was offensive to say the least or poor to say the most, pun intended. We took our business elsewhere after the initial consult. The wait was about 1.5 hours, which certainly didn't help the situation. Not recommended if you have other options. I gave him 2 stars as I can't speak to his actual hands-on skill.

I've been a patient here as well as other members of my family. We all had a great experience and would not go anywhere else for our treatment. The doctor and the staff are compassionate and professional. Like many people, I am very anxious about this type of work, but the doctor explained everything very well and made me very comfortable throughout the process. (I think the anesthesia helped too!)
