One star rating is one star too many! Worst car buying experience in my life. Did not purchase from here after all of the crap they put us through. Word of advice, follow through on promises. If you say you will call us back, call us back. If we are put on hold, pick up the phone instead of hanging up. If you say "you are approved for this car," don't change a few days later. We even agreed to pay the down payment requested by the bank and then was denied again anyways because of the type of car. Yet, we were offered another car exactly like that car. Makes no sense. We dealt with different salespeople each time we stopped in to work on our "buying experience." Eventually, we were working with the "manager" which was to no avail. I had high hopes for this business. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

DO NOT GO HERE. I thought they seemed so nice, until I bought a car from them and tried to get them to fix the transmission leak we found the next day after bringing the car home. They have done everything to get out of honoring this warranty, including refusing to acknowledge there is problem (had it looked at today and the dealer we brought it to found not one, but two leaks in the transmission - which will cost $1100 to repair), basically telling us we are lying, refusing to give us any signed documentation when we brought the car in just 72 hours after purchasing, and then again a week later, and lying. The owner, Tony, is not an honest business man. This place is a scam. Please, take your business elsewhere.



TO update our dealings w/ this company - they get away with this because of their refusal to give documentation - which is ILLEGAL, however, they seem to get away w/ it, again and again. Anybody who wishes to file a lawsuit against them, please feel free to contact me.

this place is AWFUL!! STAY AWAY!! they sold me a car with next to no oil in it lucky i caught it and it didnt blow up, check engine light came on the night i brought it home, and 6 days into owning it for no apparent reason on my way home from work at 3am the cv axle snapped....would not give me any documentation on the $1200 warranty i purchased..im sorry that they just added on my loan....STAY AWAY!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

I wouldn't even give them one star, absolutely the worst people I ever dealt with sold me a total lemon. Stay away you are better off flushing your money down the toilet. I bought a car for my daughter car broke down the day I took it home and over the first 3 months she was stranded 4 times. The Transmission was bad and they new it, they had it fixed a second time then guess what the car was 100 miles over the warranty and the transmission went AGAIN!!! The car has been nothing but problems and when I tried to talk to them their punk of a sales man who lied to me a dozen times was no help. This place should be closed down!!
