The fries here are amazing. No question about that. The atmosphere felt a little forced in my opinion. I get what they are doing with the open kitchen and high tops, but it felt very busy without it being very full of customers. I didn't like that you have to order your food at the counter and then have a half waiter for the rest of your meal. I'd rather have a waiter the whole time, especially at that level of dining. It also be nice to talk to someone about the beers before I go up to the counter and order them myself. Overall, I'd go again, but only for the fries.
