CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

I received a notice that a package was beng held 1/28 at this location and could be picked up 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F or 8:00am - noon on Sat. The web site also listed these hours. Since I work from 8:00 - 5:00, I had to plan for a late arrival at work and went to the Post Office at 8:00 am 1/28 only to find that the hours had changed. A gentlemen that was also trying to pick up a package said that the hours had changed to 8:30 - 4:30, so I left for work - obviously without the package.



The phone number (203-937-7718) was never answered so I could not find out how long the package would be held or if a re-delivery would be attempted. I am reluctant to be late for work again tomorrow, taking a chance that the package would still be there. So, I will wait for Saturday and hope that the package will be there.



If a notice is left for a customer, please be sure that the information is correct. This was not only inconvenient but it was frustrating in that there was no way for me to get the necessary information by phone.
