I have been buying insurance with this company for many, many years and have never experienced any problems. I have had to file claims and again never experienced any problems. I recommend this company to all my family and friends. Travel Insurance is like any other insurance where there are terms and conditions, if you do not read the terms and conditions and should have to submit a claim for something that is not covered, of course you will not get paid. That's why they have everything in writting. If you don't read it and understand the blame can be on no one but your self for being ignorant. I will continue to use this company for every trip that I take. Everyone in there company is knowledgeable and very friendly. I can't imagine how someone would badmouth this company for not paying a claim, I could only imagine that it was for a reason that was not covered under their policies.

We had to cancel a trip at the last minute because of a physical emergency. The company requested a statement from our doctor plus a diagnosis from ER.

A complete refund of the cost of the trip was timely.

This company will decline your claim even if you provide them with all the proof they ask for.they will look for another way to keep declining.they are selling lies and they will not pay you a penny unless you bring them to court.
