I am a long time East Hartford resident for over 40 years. I had the misfortune to be a customer at this store and purchased a Smok vaper mod for $ 120, when all said and done it came to 150. I have only had it for 3 days and this thing is leaking a entire tank of liquid all over my self and furniture countless times. I have contacted the store numerous times and was continuously told to call Smok and refused to refund me my money for this item each time. I visited the store again and told them my displeased reason and they continued to act like I was lying to them. The oldest gentleman, the store owner, did something to it when I was in store and now it is worse then ever before. They are still trying to push it off on another person and refuse to take responsibility for anything. They treated me with complete disrespect and rudeness like I was trying to get over on them. This shows complete lack of professionalism and honor in the East Hartford area. Their service is shockingly poor and the prices are dangerously close to price gouging. I will never give my patronage to this establishment, this store stocked full of ripoffs hack service has no place in the great town of East Hartford CT.

I go there frequently for tobacco,tubes, and all things for my Vaporizer and they are always super helpful and knowledgeable. They will order something for me if they don't have it. Their prices are the best around this area too. There is a smokers discount world up the street and they are overpriced and not too helpful. I think the other person who left a review was thinking they were leaving a review for that store because I have never a problem going the Smokers Paradise and I've been going the last year and a half or so.

Unprofessional.with a bad attitude I think they are a front for money laundering .they rather throw u out instead of selling you.. there products.
.they are a Muslim owned facility with no ties to our country the USA. You will not see me purchasing anything at this store. .
