After various occasion of unsatisfied service, I decided to give this shop one last chance before I say goodbye for good. But to my surprised, when I went, I was serviced by a new tech name Stephenie. Not only is she excellent, she is also very pleasant and knows how to communicate with me. Stephenie is the new manager of the shop now and she is putting in a lot of effort trying to tidy up the mess the last manager created. The shop is so clean you might mistaken it for something else. Stephenie understands my needs and she does a really good job with the trending nails styles. I am glad I stopped by and now Stephenie has been my go to person. Trust me, you will not be disappoint as the service is so much better than a month ago.

I was skeptical at first from all the bad reviews I see through a quick google searched. However, I went with my gut and gave this shop a chance. I learned that they have changed new management again recently and providing way better service than in the past. I was really pleased with Mai, the new nail tech in the shop. Not only is she fast, she is also superb in what she does and I am beyond happy. I will continue to go here as I see that the new management is promising. The store is clean and smell lovely unlike most shops I have been to.

Getting gel nails done here for 9 months, going at least once a month. Every time I walk into this place they ask, "Have you been here before?" I'm never charged the same amount of money for the same job. On my last visit, which will be my last visit, the owner asked that I pay with cash because the service charges with the credit card company are too much for them,(even though they advertise accepting all credit cards). Also, I was the only customer in the salon getting both gel fill and pedicure, being serviced by the only employee, when 2 more customers walked in for the same services. The employee called the owner to come in to help. When he got there, I was in the middle of my gel-fill; he started the bath for the other 2 customers then took over my fill because he said he would be faster. He did not do a good job, he rushed through the rest of the fill and proceeded to ask me to pay in cash!! Not going back. No personality and a very bad memory, terrible customer service.
