I found the best barber in CT because of his patriotic display in his store window. I stopped in for a cut and had to wait for over an hour because of the line of customers. Each customer is treated like they are the only one's in the shop at the time. Each customer is asked what they would like done and I have always asked if he could make me look handsome. The response was always, "I'm not a miracle worker", but he was.



When my children were very young we would walk by Johnny's to see his window displays and stop in for cookies. My son was 3 mos old when Johnny gave him his first haircut. My son and I are always willing to travel a long distance, ME to CT to have the Master cut our hair.



Not only is this man a gifted barber, but he gives back to his community. Johnny visits the shut ins to cut their hair and willing to give a hand to those in need. The window display alone is worth a visit to downtown EH. God Bless Johnny the Barber.
