The building is completely rundown and looks like it's falling a part. The laundry area is absolutely disgusting in the washers and dryer's don't work properly. They had no heat during the winter and The leasing office is completely rude and never answer the phones. The ceilings in the hallways in common areas of the building have missing tile and the carpet is absolutely gross and needs to be changed. It's embarrassing to even bring guests over. I would not recommend this place is absolutely gross. Oh and let me not forget they have a serious pest problem

Poor maintenance of the green areas.
Garbage piles up for months.
They keep the heat below 60 degrees, most of the winter.
Major issues with recycled appliances malfunctioning.
Bathtubs are also recycled and disgusting.
No hot water for days.
Landlord is unprofessional and very nasty.
All neighbors agree, won't live here more than a year.
