IN RESPONSE TO MANY NEGATIVE PEOPLE WHO SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS, WHEN APPLYING FOR AN APARTMENT. FIRST OF ALL MAKE SURE YOU CAN SPELL BEFORE PUTTING UP A REVIEW FOR PEOPLE TO SEE! SECOND OF ALL I LINDA, AS THE RENTAL MANAGER AM NO THIEF. I HAVE RULES THAT HAVE TO BE MEANT WHEN PEOPLE COME IN AND APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT. THE APARTMENTS HERE A VERY TRUE TO THE PICTURES ON APARTMENTS.COM. I CAN HONESTLY SAY WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE WAY PEOPLE LIVE AND KEEP UP THEIR APARTMENT HERE. WHEN THEY DO MOVE OUT, THE APARTMENT IS TOTALLY DONE OVER, PAINTED, CLEANED, NEW APPLIANCES IF NEEDED, NEW CARPET IF NEEDED, NEW LIGHTING, FAUCETS, ETC. THE WAY YOU MAKE THE APARTMENT LOOK BEAUTIFUL IS THE WAY YOU DECORATE IT. I LIVED AT COACHLIGHT FOR 14 YEARS, AFTER LEAVING IN 2014, I HAVE NEVER BEEN ACCUSED OF CAR BREAK INS. OBVIOUSLY THIS PERSON IS UPSET BECAUSE BECAUSE SHE CANCELLED TAKING THE APARTMENT AND WAS NOT GIVED BACK HER SECURITY, WHICH IS TYPED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE APPLICATION IN WHICH SHE SIGNED. SO ON THAT NOTE, PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ FROM ON THESE REVIEWS, COME IN AND MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION. THANK YOU

DO NOT LIVE HERE OR GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! The office manager Linda is a theif! After reading some reviews about her possibly being in on some of the car break ins I definetly believe it now for sure. Went to see the apartment and it was a huge disaster. Rugs were unfolding kitchen was discusting and it smelled moldy. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES YOU SEE! A couple of those photos belong to friends that I no love their and they themselves made some major remodeling, it does not look like that AT ALL! Filled out an application to hold the apartment until I saw it once it was cleaned up, $150, told her I wasn't making any decisions until I saw it fixed and cleaned, discusting! Did not get my deposit back. Claimed she was holding it, and turning people away, she could have given it back to me considering it's not even ready to be seen yet by anyone, she still couldnt have showed it because of how discusting it was, and the list is really long! In the end I got screwed! Wasn't worth it anyways! The reviews are true. Don't even bother looking here, went on apartment.com and you can get way better for the price! Waste of time and money! I had to give it a star to write a review, because I wouldn't have given it anything!

Do no live here.. People brake in your car like crazy.. Lind and management have people watch you.. Maybe help the thieves.. The apartment in always smelling. People get beat up in the basement over 3 machine they have in the complex for everyone

This is by far one of the worse places to live. Most of the people that live there do not care. They will leave full trash bags in the halls and on the stairs, if they do take there garbage out they will throw it on the ground infront of the dumpster. You will never be able to sleep becasue of the noise. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the person below you snoring. The fire alarm is always being pulled, people are always slamming doors and if you love the sounds of pipes and water running threw pipes in your bed room. This is the place for you!!

This apartment building seems nice on the outside, however the inside is terrible the bath room was disgusting when i rented it, the kitchen appeared clean but the appliances were nasty, and when i removed them for cleaning there was diqusting grease and food behind my stove an refigerator...the maintenance guy cannot be trusted, plus the office manager has no customer service and does not have the ability to communicate, she is rude and overall no help at all. I would not recomment this building to anyone who is thinking of living there, tenants have had problems also with theft, this is a supposed to be a secure building so this is still puzzeling to myself and my roommate, After renting this apartment we spent almost $400 replacing the nasty kitchen floor and other things like blinds ect, that the office would not fix.....
