Terrible TERRIBLE salon. The woman screwed up my hair beyond belief. she was supposed to do highlights. Wouldn't you use foils, this is 2011?? No, she said it would be best to use a cap....??? Then proceeded to give me leopard spots (dark random spots that didn't get bleached) and since my roots were darker hair then the rest of my head beforehand, the hair on top was a TOTALLY different color blonde then the rest of my hair. Since I left with a wet head (was rushed out because her next client was waiting (WHOM SHE PROCEEDED TO FOIL HER HAIR FOR HIGHLIGHTS!!!)) I didn't notice the drastic difference in color until I dried it at home. I called the salon and told them about the color difference and the woman gave me this answer. It will grow out. IT WILL GROW OUT!!!!????? NEVER AGAIN will I go to this CRAP excuse for a salon. Neither will any of my friends, since I had the rediculous proof of a bad job right on my own head! Good luck if you decide to go here!! Hope you don't care what you look like when you leave!!
