After going to many carpet stores and seeing junk, I checked the Better Business Bureau and found Carpets & More had an A+ rating. I would highly recommend the store. Jerry, my salesmen, along with Alan and Wes, were extremely helpful and honest. They all helped me pick out carpet that was very good quality and durable, especially for my steps. My carpet is beautiful, extremely soft, and I love to walk on it without shoes on. The carpet is very plush and not skimpy on the looms. I had a wonderful experience with Carpets & More and I would highly recommend them. In fact, I saw a beautiful area rug in the store that would look wonderful on my wood floor in my living room.

The job was done by a sub-contractor. The managmenet and communication between salesman, owner, and sub-contractors are extremely poor. The salesman is manipulative and lies.
