I placed an order them online through east aurora hometown and it never came. I called the 800# and they said I was out of luck and they will send me a gift card. The owner Ed called me on my cell to tell me that he will give me the upgraded lithium for the same price and personally meet him on Tuesday before my dads birthday. This sears is privately owned and will get my business hands down before any other sears. I was panicking on the phone for over an hour with corporate and getting to Buzz off. Ed got me taken care of at his own expense and that is why I will always go to this sears for any appliance electronic needs
