Store is very clean and looks great. Its easy to find things and Staff is very helpful. Aisles are wide and easy to move thru. Lots of customers there to buy parts but so many other things available and several check out registers avail including one outside in the parking lot. It's for the bulk and bagged landacape materials. Great place!

Great service, great store!!

We have been taking our John Deere lawn tractor to be serviced at Tri County Equipment sales for years and never had a problem but when they changed the name and owners we have had nothing but problems. Last year they brought our mower back after being serviced by them and we had to call them to come pick it back up because it sounded like the blades were hitting the mower deck. This year after they returned our mower after being serviced, when we started to cut the grass, it made all kinds of squeeking noises and the brake locked up. Called them to pick it up and after picking it up they called back in a few hours to tell us our brakes were burnt up. The mower didn't have any problems before they serviced it and if it needed brakes why didn't they call us and tell us before they returned it. Shouldn't they have checked the brakes while they were servicing it. Now they want to charge us a pick up fee. We are done with these people. Would like to give them no stars if I could.

Took riding lawn mower in to get an estimate on getting it fixed. Third time to the shop in two years. Was used maybe five times. Was told the bill would be 375 dollars. Told them no, I'd pick it up. Changed me 65 for diagnostics fee. Picked up mower and it was in parts. Like the the total side was off, along with a box of parts. I gave the mower to my dad. He had it fixed for 75 dollars, new battery included. I wouldn't let them work on a shovel handle. WAY OVER priced, and not very knowledgeable. Don't waste your money and remember I told you so.
