Provided by YPmobileIf you want the best haircut or service the place to go is the JCPenney hair salon. Everyone there are so nice and professional. I use to be so depressed by the way other salons did my hair. Now that I go to this salon its like a day at a spa. I leave so happy with my hair. This is the place to go if you want your hair done right the first time. So pleased would give them a 10 out of 10.. I just love this salon!!! : )
