The manager Ryan is a scammer. He hires these local inexperienced kids takes advantage of them hardly pays them on time then fired them. My son payed this Ryan $400 for a $800 car that her let my son take home and drive for 2 weeks. When my son was able to pay the other half of the $400 Ryan told my son he needed the car back. My son have the car back and asked for his initial $400 back. Ryan refused to pay him back and still hasn't. And now I have to pay a lawyer tui sure for the money.....

A friend took her car in to get her winter tires pot on and they broke two of her sensors. Sent her home. She called to ask when she could come in and get her sensors fixed he told her they weren't fixing them. She is 19 so she knows no better her mother called him and threatened to call corporate so he finally told them to come and get them fixed a month after they broke them. Not a bad establishment but the Ryan manager is a scumbag

The customer service was great initially, however, after having the diagnostic completed... I was told the same thing they told me before they did the work-only they charged me for it the second time... over $140! Not to mention, they didn't actually diagnose the noise I told them to. So they took it back to the bay and suggested it have a engine flush done....they told me it should fix the problem but there was no guarantee and that I will have to sign a waiver saying I understood this. Of course this cost over $400. So to make a long story short... Only go to Midas for oil changes, if you want any actual auto repair work done... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

They replaced a catalytic converter unnecessarily and charged more that $300/hour for their "service".

WONDERFUL customer service! Very friendly. They get you in and out and do an awesome job on top of it! The management there rocks and highly recommend them! They work with your schedule and will do what ever they can do fit you in when it's convin. for YOU. Go to them if you need service done!! They always go above and beyond!
