I took my vehicle here to have the bumper replaced and some scratches repaired, aside from the bad repair job on the scratches...when I picked up my vehicle I noticed that the bumper was not level, it looked tilted down. I told the rep, he disagreed and he said to take my vehicle and if I still thought it was tilted to bring it back and they would fix it. I took it because, well my ride had left and I had to get going. I took my vehicle back and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Since then the rubber part of the bumper kind of shrunk??? I think my bumper looked better dented!! I would never, EVER, recommend this place to ANYONE!! Poor quality, poor customer service, poor satisfaction!!

About 1 year ago we took our Nissan Murano to A &E for repairs. Just withing the last two or three weeks we've noticed a loose panel; one that had been repaired/replaced . I took the car by A & E for an estimate due to the fact I wasn't sure how this happened. I was proptly by Mike who summoned one of his repair mechanics. The repairs were made while Mike and I chatted in their air conditioned office. I also asked about having some touch up work done. He refered me to Scott from dent wizard .



Great job. I was impressed by the quality of the original work and more so by the great customer service.
