Tried to get an appointment for grooming and was told that in the summer they only have ONE groomer and the wait was 12 days. I don't have to wait that long for surgery, so I certainly won't even consider that wait for dog grooming.

My dog has been going here for the last couple of months once a week for socialization. She loves going, the staff is friendly and helpful, and my dog loves every person who works there. They greet us by name each time we come in and take wonderful care of my dog.

My dog didn't mind going to this place, but after she was in an accident, they promised me a refund and didn't deliver. After attempting to contact them for three weeks after, I've given up. Very poor customer service.
