I went into this Wendy's about a few weeks ago and everyone there was terrible. First off there was only one girl at the front counter but no one else was anywhere to be seen. Lets start off with this girl (her name was Nichole) she took my order very nicely and was outstandingly nice. She even offered to help carry my food to the table since I had 4 little children with me. She did so with no problem. My daughter was not happy with what toy she got and she was very fast to get her the one she wanted. Now while I was eating all we heard was yelling from the back. It was very noise and there was not good language coming from the back either. Just to top it off the food was very cold and when I ask one of the cooks to remake it she gave me a major attitude. My daughter had ordered a kids cheeseburger meal with only ketchup and it had everything but ketchup and I looked at the receipt to see if it was a mistake and it was ordered correctly. The fries were very cold and most of the people there were rude. My suggestion would be to not go there the only one with respect in that place was Nichole.
