Provided by YP.comyou're looking for a contractor who is a very poor communicator then Bill is your man. If you want somebody that doesn't return your calls or texts then you come to the right place. I've been dealing with him since May 2015 for a very simple job. He finally did come out to give me a quote April 21, 2016 and promised to email me a written quote as of yet I'm still waiting. So anyone that uses him I wish you good luck.
