University Lights has the most helpful-and knowledgeable-sales team I have encountered in a long time! I had tried to go to Home Depot, found a light I really liked there, but unfortunately nobody would help me at all! I went into University Lights and was promptly greeted by a happy face and genuine attitude towards helping me. They quickly showed me a similar light to the one I was interested in that I had seen in Home Depot and I was so surprised at the awesome customer service- even after letting them know I was looking elsewhere. I also bought a few things online and received the run-around when I needed replacement parts and finally decided to go back in to University Lights just hoping that someone may be able to help. They knew exactly which provider to call and promptly ordered the replacements I needed, even though I had not bought from them! University Lights is awesome in customer service and are always happy to help you with anything you may need from outdoor fixtures to remodels to parts that you may be missing from another purchase. You just don't get help and customer service from ACTUAL human beings like this much any more in the instant gratitude world we live in. THANK YOU!!
