The only issue I had was the fact that my reservations were for Saturday (July 27, 2013) but since Uhaul called me late Friday (July 26, 2013) and changed my reservation to Sunday (July 28, 2013) the $50.00 credit for guaranteed reservation didn't apply. I think this was unfair, we missed a lot of important plans for Sunday because we couldn't move has we planned Saturday. We are very disappointed. We felt cheated. This was a major inconvenience. But the sad thing is you guys as an organization won't care or do anything about it!!
