We got a letter over the summer telling us that we basically were obligated to use strawbridge studios for senior portraits if we wanted a guarantee that they would be in the school yearbook, so we booked it without thinking too much. Turns out it's some weird contract that stawbridge strong-armed with the school, and so all of the appointments got jacked up for one thing. Portraits were okay, nothing special really, and then we waited however long for proofs, called and bought a set of prints, and tried to be done with it. Come to find later, there was some process that we had to go through to alert the studio that we would like a photo sent to the yearbook, that we weren't told about of course because *why would that be important.* So that whole guarantee scam for getting into the yearbook was faulty for one thing, and then for another, when we tried to call the studio to fix this situation, the phone line wouldn't work, because why would we need it to. Very disappointed, would absolutely have just used a private photographer if I could do it over again.

Frustrated Mom!!! I made an appointment with the studio, session was great, however, It's been two months and no one has the pictures. This is my son's Senior year and his picture may not be in the yearbook. Everytime I call Im told the pictures will be sent out. I was willing to drive over an hour to the studio and pick them up but I was told they were not ready. We took the pictures on Sept. 29. Now I have to tell my son he want be in the yearbook because the Studio did not email the pictures to the school. in time . One click and my son's Senior Year is ruined!!!Thanks Strawbridge for the wonderful memories we will not see when we open the yearbook!
