Not only did the showing agent not bother showing up to a scheduled, out-of-town appointment, but the receptionist flat out said she just didn't remember to call us to let us know. The house we were at was a total dump, in terrible disrepair, the yard a mess. Simply, the place should have been condemned. I wouldn't have stepped foot in there, even if the agent had shown up. And even if the house had been nicer, I probably wouldn't have rented from them anyway, since they clearly don't know how to treat their clients. This company is slumlord city, with wretched customer service.
