Jim repaired my cuckoo clock and kitchen clock in 6 days! We found the cuckoo clock on curbside garbage in Florida and now have a lovely clock that plays ?Adelweis? and another lovely song on the half hour! Cuckoo and figurines all functioning well! Thank you Jim!

Jim is a devoted, skilled craftsman who made our very old German Cuckoo clock work perfectly for the first time in years. When, almost a year afterwards, the clock's quail stopped "singing," Jim asked me to bring the clock in, even though it was a Sunday. He spent well over an hour of his time, to make the bird sing again. The sound of that charming clock makes us smile again, thanks to him. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.

Jim did a wonderful job with my clock; I was in no hurry to get it repaired and his daughter was getting married, so it took a little longer than usual. We emailed regularly as he adjusted the time setting. And then there were no hands on the clock. He ordered some and decided they did not do the clock justice and sent them back. Then based on the image from a picture of the clock, he MADE a set of hands. Very happy!

Jim recently overhauled my great-grandparents' depression-era mantle clock. Jim's knowledge and expertise were evident from my first conversation with him. During the course of the cleaning/repair, he kept in frequent contact with me, and explained exactly what he was doing, and why. He gave me a detailed report when I picked up the clock, which runs like new. Everything is tuned perfectly. I will certainly use Jim exclusively in the future. Highly recommended.

Jim has carefully repaired my mother's 50-year old Daneker grandmother clock twice in the last 5 years. First, bringing it back from the dead, and this time fixing a broken spring. Both times he let me know what he was doing, provided extremely fair pricing (relative to his clear expertise), and delivered the repair ahead of his time estimate. This clock is the only possession I have that is important to me. I wouldn't let anyone else but Jim work on it.
