They are by far the worst taxi service I have dealt with my advice to other people is to download uber or lyft one it is cheaper and better customer service

Do not use the service if you live near the wake county border. Had multiple bad experiences with different drivers. One ran through a few stop signs. One just decided not to pick me up. And it is too much of a inconvenience to travel close to wake county much less drive you there.

My son at Duke is sick and all the restaurant delivery services were closed for the night. Osmond and Simone were so helpful in arranging a taxi to pick up the food and deliver it to him at his dorm. Thank you for making this California mom feel better and my Blue Devil too!
