He is still working with us as the office manager and shop repair technician. He handed over the reins to his two sons, Hugh and Donald in August of 2008. We are committed to bringing our community the best in appliance repair and service. Our charges are as follows: $65.00 trip and diagnosis: once we find the solution to your problem, we will discuss the cost of the repair, based on the amount of time the repair will take and the cost of the parts, if any are required. We stand behind all repairs. If there are any problems following the repair, we will return and evaluate your problem to determine if it is related to our repair. If it is, we will repair your unit at no cost to you or refund to you the amount paid minus the trip charge, for a period of 30 days.

Had an Asko dishwasher with a leak, was turned down by everyone we called until a neighbor recommended D&H. Was very pleased with the repair.

the worst service I've ever had

I paid for microwave diagnostic and refrigerator repair. My refrigerator repair was temporary. When I tried to follow up on rescheduling a call back for the refrigerator and status on microwave repairs, I received the run around with the administrative staff. When I finally received an appointment time, D&H was a no show, without a follow call to explain why. It has been 4 weeks since this ordeal began and I have yet to get them back to complete the refrigerator repair.
