Seeing is beleveing,When I contacted thereOffice the person wasThoughtful,even tellingA few little things to tryOn my smooth top range.After power outage myOven display was blank..Unit was working beforeWe lost power.The person I spoke withAsk if I Reyes to flipBreaker off,And then backOn .I told him that I checkedOur breaker,was not triped offWell he almost upset me likeHe did not want to come toMy home well,he keep askingMe to go turn off breaker,Any way,I'll hold was notRudd but he was Hell bentOn me trying his method.I thought well ,I'll get toTeese himSo I went to breaker box Fliped off oven,breaker And waited for one minute,And walked backTo my oven And,sure enough it was flashing pwr.fail.Just he said!!!!!I set the time of day And my rangeHas been fine ever since..toThink I call a company,for helpAnd I almost did not even takeHis advice... felt so bad.And a dummyBut I will say they got me fixedOver the phone And saved meAprox 75.00= 80.00 dollarsNow that's service.shows youIt comes in many ways.PS.I am mailing him a niceTip..
