They were able to come out quickly and diagnose my problem with a leaky old HVAC system. They offered multiple solutions and let me know all my options without sales pressure. I appreciate the expertise and straight shooting!

Professional and great customer service. Prompt and courteous. Our 2nd floor A/C unit died in July several years ago, so we called every AC company in the triangle. Their price was the best. when they came out to replace the unit, they discovered that one of the only two air returns in the 2nd floor is blocked by the ceiling sheet rock (the builder's crew forgot to cut out the ceiling sheet rock and thus the air was not filtered, circulated or even had anywhere to get sucked into).



I had just had surgery the day before and needed the AC working; and in hours it was! They were friendly, considerate and professional. had a leaking problem a few years later, to which we thought attributed to the AC unit in the attic. and even though it was not, they came out and checked it and even waved the charges.



I have recommended them to everyone who had A/C needs, and everyone who took my recommendation was pleased with them. I will continue to recommend them, and hope they continue to keep up to this standard.
