Just left, no one at front to welcome guests. People leaving said there wasn't anyone to seat them either. Lost revenue for the location. Went to another restaurant.

Applebee's is great! My service was awesome and my food was delicious! You guys are coming back!

I, along with a friend and his wife whom I'd not seen in 35 years from out of the state, met here on Veteran's Day to enjoy a free entre by me. Since it was very busy with so many fellow-vets in attendance, we chose to eat at the bar rather than wait 45 minutes for seating! That spot proved to be the best place ever since we could talk with people along side us and to the right and left of the bartender's working area! The hostesses and both bartenders were absolutely the best in terms of friendliness and professional proficiency!!! It was great meeting other vets and finding a few things in common regarding military branch and the same states where we'd once lived, etc. I never expected such a wonderful evening as this and just want to thank the Applebee's Restaurant Chain for extending an invitation for all Veterans to come and enjoy a special menu of about six choices from which to select, that combined with an entertaining and polite bartending staff made the evening all that much better...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food and atmosphere are amazing! Our server Dennis was prompt polite and funny. Management also stopped by to ensure that everything was perfect and it was more than! I highly recommend this location and if you see Larry the manager or Dennis the server give them my regards!

Recently visited Durham and this Applebee's. If you go there please give the Bourban Street Steak a try. Excellent!! While the food and drink was great, the server we had was a true delight! That is a rare thing today. Her name is Precious. And indeed she is. Ask for her, she is the best! I couldn't help falling for her! I will never forget her sweet smile.

It's a really relaxed atmosphere. The service and food was great.
