On Fri, Aug 8 I went to their office and spoke with the owner, Mr. Royster about basic cremation services for my mother. He advised me that he would do his best to make this loss as stress free as possible and that package was $1000. He also made sure to advise that the process couldn't be started without payment in full. I spoke with his office manager, Ms. Bland during that same visit and asked her how long the process takes, she told me 2-3 days . I asked her if she thought my mother could be cremated by Friday, Aug 15, she said yes that wouldn't be an issue, so I left with that date in mind as my memorial date. I called the office the next day and said I would like to use their services and would work on coming up with the funds. I came back to the office Mon, Aug 11 with a family member, spoke w/Ms. Bland, filled out the paperwork and paid the $1000.
