Had my money order waiting for 3 days for them, only for them not to return my calls and have me go through the hassle of trying to get a refund for a money order that was already filled out. I'm glad we had a couple warmer days so I didn't run out of heat. Horrible customer service, they didn't give a crap about me or my money....
