This place is the worst weve ever eaten at. we went here i think about a two years ago and it was really good. today we are just sick of what it all tasted like. Rice was awful. and the whole overall of what we ordered was something out of Hells Kitchen. We wont be back.

good enviorment

the mexican was good a little lacking in the spices for some of their mexican dishes but with freindly service and a warm enviorment that makes you feel a lil south of the border ;) this restaurant has potential

You may have lived in NEW MEXICO, which is not part Mexico at all. Just so you know it is part of the United States. Second off the chip they serve are corn chip they don't have flavor that is why you get salsa to dip them in.

Where is the Mexican part of this food?

Ok I lived most of my life in New Mexico, I know what Mexican food is. The food at Viva Mexico is not Mexican. I really dont know what to call it but it isnt Mexican. Firstly, do they even know what a chili pepper is? I ordered the Enchiladas and the only thing with any spice at all was the refried beans. The chips were bland and stale with no flavor at all. The prices were way to high for Mexican food. I would expect to pay these prices if they were serving my rice with gold flakes on them. The one thing I had the most problem with was thier Sopapillas. They do not know what a real sopapilla is. You DO NOT serve them with Kryo Syrup, or with cinnamon sugar, and I have NEVER heard of chocolate or strawberry flavors. A sopapilla is a fried tortilla. The person eating it fills with with honey if they desire. None of this horrid flavors. I do not recomend Viva Mexico to anyone with taste buds. I hope Gordan Ramsay comes by and wake these wanna be Mexicans up.

Great restaurant!

This Mexican restaurant has what most of them in the area do not have: authentic Mexican food. It is a warm, friendly inviting restaurant with great food! And huge blue glasses!
