bad never again. anywhere is better.

The food is usually great, but the service is beyond terrible. I waitressed for years through college, and it was always drilled into me to GREET THE CUSTOMERS. No matter what. If you can't get to them right away, that's ok, but you should NEVER breeze by customers at the door *mulitple times!* and completely ignore them. The last time I went I counted...three staff members walked by and completely ignored me. My pizza was wrong. The waitress had an attitude, she didn't smile the entire time, she was late getting boxes or refills or the check...which might be forgivable on a Friday night, but it was Monday at 2pm. This is the typical Farrelli's experience. I've spoken to the manager before (two different ones) and both were aloof and unapologetic...it was obviously MY problem, not theirs.

This little friendly restaurant has the best crab melt. They put it on foccacia bread. I have lunch monthly with a group of retired ladies and I order it everytime.

At one time Farrellis was a favorite of my husband and I- unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The wait times are now terrible, the staff is rude and the food is no longer what it used to be. For example the last 3 times we have ordered carry-out our pizza's haven't even made it to the oven by the time that they were supposed to be finished. To make matters worse, the waitress lied to us and said that our orders had only been placed 5 minutes ago. (Sadly for her, my cell phone showed that I had placed the order 45 minutes before.)

My advice is to save yourself the headache and your wallet the money and go somewhere where the customer is important.
