After the mobile home people screwed it all up. Tidewater was out the next day and 2 hours later we had water for the new home.

Luke has a big heart! He is exceptional in helping others. I called Luke after dealing with a problem with my pump and had had other services come and diagnose the problem of why my pump kept running all the time...paid lots of money out for a new more powerful pump to no avail.
My neighbor recommend calling Luke at Tidewater and I am so glad that I did. At the time, Luke was drilling a well for one of his clients and related to me that he wouldn't be able to come that day because he was bringing hundreds of gallons of water over to their farm so that their animals had water while he drilled their new well. He wasn't really obligated to do so; but, did so voluntarily! That conversation told me that he cared more about people than making money.
He listens well. I told Luke the exact same thing I had told the other company, about my problem....and no one else came up with a solution, but, he did!
I am a widow with horses and cows and was stressed out because my pump was running so much, getting so hot that I would have to turn the cows water off then back on intermittently during the day. The other company wanted to me to go to the expense of replacing the foot valve on my pump which would have entailed pulling the pipe out, etc. which proved unnecessary!

Ran out of water at 6:30 p.m. and called Tidewater Drilling & Pump Services who stated they would try to get that evening. He showed up within an hour and got the pump working by 7:35 p.m. What great service. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional and their wait time is minimal.

Early morning and no H2o, called Tidewater. Luke( the owner) said he had someone on a job in Williston they would stop by when that job was done . Dave and Vince showed up and got the work done .From the time I called until the work was finished ,about 3 1/2 hrs, and they had the parts. THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY ARE LICENSED, BUT THEY USE SOME ONE ELSES!!!

Why would you hire a company that cant even get there own license. I looked up the license number they advertise, but its not theirs. I would think if they could misrepresent themselves as being licensed, then how can I trust them to do any work. I called other Well Drilling contractors, and they tell me that they have to take a continuing education class every two years to stay current. Do these guys have any idea of there trade? I would say not or they would be licensed. I WOULD ONLY USE A FIRM WITH THEIR OWN LICENSE! NOT SOME FLY BY NIGHT!!!

Luke is Great! There was something wrong with my well they came over on a SUNDAY! The sun was setting and boy was it hot outside that poor man was covered with bugs. Not only did they fix my problem but they kept in touch making sure that I the customer was satisfied.. They are great in my book.

Thanks tidewater drilling! These two brothers were born and raised locally and know the area well. When I had water problems they came the same day I called and got me going again. They were professional and courtious to me and my family. Thanks again, Mike
