I came to Spotless to wash some extra large blankets in their laundromat section. The machines were very fast. At first I was pleased be caused their was some shady looking character's in here. I pulled my blankets out of the wash and they were still covered in my cat and dog hair. I didn't think much of it, I thought maybe the dryer would pull it out. I was wrong, everything is still covered in hair and my comforter now has a tear. I paid 6.75 per wash and 5.00 for the dry all so I could go home and wash them again. Yes, I do have a washer and dryer in my home but I thought an extra large capacity dryer would be better for my delicate comforter :( Needless to say I am less than pleased. I expected more from a business in Dunmore. I will also be taking my dry cleaning elsewhere. If the area where customers sit is so filthy, I can only imagine what the back looks like.

Hook, Line and Sinker!!! This place ropes people in with a deal of cleaning a comforter for $17.50 then the bang you out on the other items that go with your bedroom set. $15.00 to clean two pillow shams and $50.00 to clean 3 panels that were not even lined. Place is a joke. Obviously they are just looking for one time customers with the $17.50 deal because I certainly will never bring my items back there. Lesson learned!!! Never leave your drycleaning at a place that doesn't give you prices upfront. Will be going elsewhere next time!
