I have been to Rainbow's End dozens of times since finding it. The inventory and quality of fabric are unbelievable. I've taken classes there and it's like family. Michelle and her mom and aunt are terrific. Bill is hysterical once you understand his sense of humor. I've brought so many friends there. It's easy to get advice/help, and the trims and notions they have are unusual and beautiful. We make it a day because it's a minimum 90 minute drive for us. We all love itI

I love this place. I have never seen so many types and colors of fabrics in any other store I have gone to all over the U.S. The ladies and gent have always been very helpful to me. I have gone in there just looking with nothing in mind and I always get help with colors and ideas. I don't know what the 2 ladies below problems were but they must have gone in with a bad mood and didn't even go up to anyone to ask for help. Unless all the ladies are helping other customers someone will ask you if you need help finding something. I have lived here for 30 years and am very happy I have a fabric store I love to go to.

Went to this place because of generally good reviews. And wow. It was devastating to find out this shop's true colors. Disgusted by the behavior of incompetent, nasty women devoid of class and decency who truly do not know what they're doing. I strongly advise to look elsewhere for any service.

Bad shopping experiences

This is my 4 th time to this shop . I love the shop itself but the ladies that work there are anything but nice . The owner at the register never smiles or says hello .. But happy to take your money . They talked about a customer in front of myself and my friend .. And god forbid if you need help . Again this is not once but 4 times . I work too hard for my money to have to deal with horrible shopping experiences time after time . Should have stayed away after the 2nd visit .

The people were very helpful, ...

The people were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about quilting. From the time I walked in the front door to the time I walked out, I felt a sense of "I can do this"- I'd been searching for a quilt pattern for the colors I knew I wanted to use but I had not been sucessful until I went into this lovely little store and I say little store but don't let the size fool you because when you walk inside if you don't ask for help you can become overwhelmed with all the choices they have to offer, which is why I was so happy when someone asked me right off the bat if they could help me- I told the girl what I was trying to do and she instantly began to offer patterns that would work perfectly with my color choices. I was amazed at her experience of colors and patterns and I will return to Rainbow's End Quilt Shoppe very soon and I would recommend this store to anyone who quilts professionally or as a crafter like me.

The Happy Place

Amazing!! The shoppe takes your breath away as you enter. This has to be a little piece of heaven on earth. So many beautiful fabrics, and I do mean many. The displays of color invite you to explore every nook and cranny. I have never seen such a gorgeous assortment of fabrics in all of the quilt shops I have visited in the US. There is also this smell of baked goods ( I must find out what they are cooking) that makes you feel as if you are in your Grandmother's kitchen. I have never seen so many beautiful quilts in my life. All of the ladies were helpful and friendly. One of the employees called it The Happy Place, and I thought well that about sums it up.

Everyone in there was laughing and smiling. I have signed up for a mystery class and I can't wait to go back.
