AWESOME place for dogs!!!!

I have been taking my dogs Anakin and Raven (yellow labs) to Precious Pets for 2 years and they love it. The staff is ALWAYS nice and the facilities are very clean. My dogs get to spend the whole day socializing with other dogs and by the time they get home they are tired. We also board them while we are away and they actually seem to enjoy it, which makes it easier for us to go away and not feel guilty about leaving our dogs home.

Wonderful !!!

I have been going to Precious Pets ( my home away from home) since I was a puppy ....about 3 years now. My mom calls it going to school. I go 2-3 days a week and I love all my human and canine friends, they take care of me and give me love.....not to forget treats :}.and I have friends to play with . My mom, sue, who is a veterinary technician says it is the best thing for me. Mom thinks I need to play and learn during the day while she is at work. She is right !

Jessi is correct ! All my dogs go and they have a wonderful time! The best care and love ever !

I support Precious Pets 100% and will recommend them to anyone.

Lots of thanks ,Sue

Doggie Daycare and Boarding At It's Best!!!

I have been a regular customer of Precious Pets for almost 3 years. I work and bring my dog here on a daily basis. I board my dog here at least 1 or more days a week also. I have been to other dog boarding facilities however found this facility had not only the most competent and compassionate staff but the best facility to allow my dog to roam. No cages here, my dog can lay on their couch, watch TV or chase her buddies around! Very friendly staff and the owner is the nicest! My dog thinks that this is her second home! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a safe, friendly place to board your dog!!

Dusty's home away from home

I am happy to report that we have been a customer of Precious Pets for approximately 6-7 years. I have a eight pound Yorkie who I adore. I call about my dog everyday to check on him even though I know he is getting the best care possible. I always feel secure leaving him in the care of Renee and staff. I realize he is in the mix of other dogs but I feel comfortable with socializing him under supervision. Thanks Renee and staff.

Over protective

I'm an over protective pet owner but my vet recommends Precious Pets. She and her staff all uses the facility and couldn’t say enough nice things about the place. After my dogs stay I now know why they come so highly recommended. My dogs were treated with the best care possible and they were so happy when I picked them up. I called everyday to get a report and the staff was very polite. When I dropped them off and picked them up, the place looked and smelled so clean. This is a great place to board your dog!

Awesome place to bring our dogs...

We have three dogs & have taken them there many times without any issues. Our visits have mainly been daily. But sometimes the visits have been longer - weekends & week long while we have traveled out of town. We have been pleased with the employee's service & our dogs have enjoyed the special type of service that Precious Pets offers our dogs. They are allowed to play with other dogs & are not placed in cages, as some of their facilities use. Also they are turned out many times during the day to play outside in the gated & secure areas. We would recommend this facility to anyone. Thanks Precious Pets for providing a great place to bring our dogs!!!

I took my dog to Precious Pets and he had a great time! He has trouble being a cage and left alone but with the hands on care he received he came home happy. I'm glad their a place that caters to Baxtor special spoild needs.

They let dogs be mauled and do nothing about it.

They do not supervise the dogs. My dog was mauled by 3 larger dogs, they did not hear anything. My dog was left to die in pain , alone with a broken rib that puntured th lung and he had internal bleeding. They called and told me he would not get up and he was dead. He was a 3 year old 4lb Maltese. The owner said the attendant probably couldn't hear anything over the floor cleaning machine. They advertise 24 hour supervised care. I do not call this supervised care.

I'm sad to say that Dancer sustained injuries that caused his death while in our care at Precious Pets. We are an open free environment that encourages dogs to play together. Dance was room with three other dogs within five pounds of him. A full autopsy was complete and the injuries were internal and his death was determined accidental.

Animal Abuse

My dog was left in Precious Pets care for a week while I was on vacation. They later admitted that he was bitten by another dog while in their care. They explained that they treated the wound with peroxide, but it didn't foam up much so they felt it wasn't serious. Apparently, they don't really keep an eye on the dogs like they say they do because by the time we were able to pick him up he was near death from the infection caused by the bite. They seemed unaware of the problem, and didn't even bother to help get him down the stairs & into the car. (He weighs 85 pounds.) My dog lost a section of skin and underlying muscle on his right flank approximately 5x8 inches! For the first month after his return from the Emergency Vet, my wife & I took turns on the sofa so that at least one of us could get some sleep while the other could dose him with pain pills & sedatives every few hours. During the day, he lived at Veterinarians office as he needed constant care & we were not able to quit our job to be with him all day. It took over 4 months for him to heal completely (but of course a large scar remains). Our Veterinary bills totaled nearly $7000, which they refuse to pay.

We are an open free environment that encourages dogs to play together. There is a possibility that Dutch was sustained a small puncture wound on his right shoulder while in our care or during authorize release of his dog to friends while boarding with us. They took his to a dog park where he also may have sustained the small puncture wound. He didn’t mention that he took Dutch to an Emergency Vet where he admits that they misdiagnosed his condition and caused his condition to worsen. We have a signed contract from the owner that waives us from responsibilities for all medical expenses. We did offer the owner a full refund for his week visit of $195.00 and a full refund for his expenses from the Emergency Vet of $1251.00.
