It can be free

This park is beautiful. You can find free spots to park north of pier 60 and if you are willing to do a little exercise, you can walk 2-3 miles from clearwater beach to caladesi. The walk is beautiful and secluded. Contrary to having 'island' in the park's name, you do not have to cross water to get there if you walk from Clearwater Beach. It's worth the walk and it's completely free.
